Technical Assistance & Service
Gee Pee provides not only products but also, when called upon, the technology, expertise and knowledge in the use of moulds and its parts. Gee Pee also provides training in the use of its products to client technicians at their factory or ours, free of cost excluding travel and living expenses. We have a service team headed by General Manager (Operations), who will fly to any part of the world at short notice to render assistance to a customer in need. His personal experience of tile production in ceramic industry for over two decades, comes very handy. He is ably assisted by experts in press operations, glazing and Kiln. Our team comprises of specialists with bags of experience and knowledge, who can provide assistance in actual production.
Regeneration
In order to help minimize recurring expenses, Gee Pee provides regeneration facilities to most of its parts, at 60% of the original cost, subject to shipment costs and government levies being taken care of by you.
Packing
Even at the last stage when a product is ready for delivery, the packaging is dynamic. It conforms to rigid international standards.
Manufacturing Defects
Gee Pee has systems in place to ensure near zero rejections at different stages of production. However, we will replace parts, which exhibit manufacturing defects, subject to misuse being ruled out.
