With under $ 1000 investment, Major Ghanshyam Pande, a retired army officer, started an enterprise in the year 1983, originally named ‘Electrospark, with a single Electronic Spark Erosion Machine. This enabled him to take his first step into the world of tooling and a dream was born to create a quality conscious modern House of Tooling.
CNC Milling Centers, CNC Lathe, Grinding Centers, Molding Presses, Automatic Welding Equipment, EDM (Spark Erosion) and Wire Cut machines, with an equally strong and competent technical team to support our operations . The unit was converted into a private ltd company in the year 1989 when it was decided to produce tooling systems for the ceramic tile industry, which was then gradually developing in India. Practically complete plant, including moulds and punches, were being imported from Italy at very heavy costs. Development of import substitute appeared lucrative and a sound business philosophy.
While concentrating on moulds for ceramic tiles, due emphasis was given to other tooling areas as well and today we are a well established TOOL ROOM in Hyderabad. The company utilizes core scientific expertise in mechanical engineering, polyurethane technology, hydraulics and magnetic field to produce its products with precision and perfection
